Northwoods Book Arts Guild is excited to offer an introduction to three structures of sewn bindings that add distinctive visual elements to the character of each book. BOOK ARTS BASICS Series 2 is supported by a generous ASCA Community Development Grant.
Book Arts Basics – Series 1 begins at the end of February and will consist of three classes: The Tools, The Paper and Folded Books. These classes will provide the opportunity to create sample books while learning foundational bookmaking skills.
