BOOKS AS ART will include opportunities for members to create books in response to poetry or music, or a selected vintage book. Information about “Invitational” entries will be provided at Guild meetings, and by request.
Poetry invitationals invite you to respond to a specific poem or poet. Alaskan poet Peggy Shumaker will be available to work with book artists who choose to enter in this category. She can assist you with poetry selection, interpretation, and expression. To accept this invitation, contact the Guild.
