Join Mary Maish, Margo Klass, and the Northwoods Book Arts Guild on November 17 for a fun, seasonal “Tag Book” project. We will cut gift tags from mixed-media papers, and embellish them using a variety of surface design techniques. We will paint, stamp, and collage the tags, then insert them in a handy little booklet to keep or to give this holiday season.
Materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring surface design materials to share: markers, pens, colored pencils, rubber stamps, ink pads, washi tapes, spray inks, magazine clippings, decorative paper scraps, etc. You will also need a cutting mat, exacto knife, rulers, bone folder, and scissors.
